The redevelopment project includes a new 9‐storey multi‐purpose building which accommodates among other facilities a Boardroom for 40 persons for board meeting and a Multi‐purpose Activity Room (theatre type) for 400 persons for official ceremonies, lectures and regional / international conferences to develop Hong Kong as a “Sports City”.
