The Hong Kong Polytechnic University installed LED walls and AVIT facilities in three prominent locations on its campus: the Alumni Atrium, Senate Room, and Foyer.

The Alumni Atrium is a versatile venue for hosting a wide range of alumni activities that encourage friendship, exchange, and partnerships between PolyU alumni, the University, and its students. To enhance the visual experience and create the inner atmosphere for the University community, a 3000mm (Width) x 1687.5mm (Height) LED screen with a pitch size of 1.25mm has been installed.

The Senate Room is the highest authority on all academic-related matters within the University, including reviewing and developing academic programs. A 6000mm (Width) x 1350mm (Height) LED screen with a pitch size of 1.25mm and two 55” Samsung interactive display panels have been installed here. The Foyer also installed a 4800mm (Width) x 2700mm (Height) LED screen with a pitch size of 1.25mm. All are equipped with essential audio-visual equipment and network connection, providing AVIT equipment support efficiently for all agendum held in the Senate Room.

These installations showcase the university's commitment to providing a high-quality learning environment for its students and fostering a sense of community among its alumni.
