The Wan Chai Business Banking Centre covers about 5,000 square feet and provides a wide range of counter services as well as self-directed banking channels there, it combined business banking, green financing, and an ESG-focused service concept with an eco-aware design.

The Business Banking Centre uses Lutron’s VIVE and ESN Lighting Control System. Both lighting systems are smart modules that allow for easy integration of wired and wireless occupancy sensors, save energy, and comply with codes. It can reduce electrical lighting usage by having the smart use of a wireless daylight sensor.

The new centre incorporates Lutron’s lighting control design to be consistent with Hang Seng Bank’s commitment, to enhancing environmental sustainability in ESG performance and transitioning to a more sustainable financial institution.
