The Grand Suites at Four Seasons Hotel Macao is a 40-story oasis of elegance, refinement and world famous hospitality within the existing property.  It's a first-of-its-kind concept for the luxury hotel brand, the new tower boasts 289 residence-style suites designed to impart a "home away from home" feeling.  There are five different suite categories, ranging from the one-bedroom, 1,755 square feet Dynasty Suite to the palatial three-bedroom Skyview Villa (4,898 square feet), which can accommodate up to eight guests.

BAP was selected to manage the project of Lutron myRoom guestroom management system for 277 rooms.   Our goal was to create an unique guest experience by making a user-friendly and elegant room control.  Guests are able to control light, temperature and blind in a very simple and intuitive way.

The reason why Lutron was chosen for this project due to brand reputation, global support, ease of use, relevance of the engraved icons as well as wide range of control finishes to fulfill different aesthetic needs.
