Project - K11 ATELIER King’s Road

One of our whole building job references at K11 ATELIER King's Road, it is the first building in the world to achieve all platinum pre-certification of the WELL, Hong Kong BEAM Plus and the U.S. LEED.

This 28-storey building equipped with Lutron lighting control and energy management system which allows user to meet energy and sustainability goals, and easily monitor and adjust system performance over time.
