Asst. Officer / Officer - (1-year Contract) , F&A Department

(Ref: F&A-AO/O)

Responsibility:

• Assist in processing or completing month-end accounting entries. Trace errors, research and correct account discrepancies
• Handle month-end closing and financial reports for management review.
• Check bank statements and prepare reconciliations.
• Responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts receivable & payable related duties
• Perform other ad-hoc reporting and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or any related discipline
• 2-3 years working experience in Accounts related sector
• Good internal control mindset and sound corporate governance practice
• Sound accounting and financial technical knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Proficiency in Peachtree system
• Independent, detail-minded and good team player
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese & Putonghua
• Self-motivated and Able to work under pressure
